Harvests 2023 at Malartic : the whites.<\/p>\n

The white grape harvest at Malartic began on August 28 and has just finished with the Semillon on Monday September 11.<\/p>\n

The numerous grapes are really nice, extremely aromatic and with good acidity, which augurs well for good balance.<\/p>\n

The temperate climate of July and August, before the extreme heat of late August and early September, enabled us to refine the ripeness of the grapes, which are in impeccable health.<\/p>\n

As a result, we have some fine juices in the cellar, which will now begin fermentation and slowly age in barrel.<\/p>\n
