The Domaine de Lagravière has always been recognized as having a terroir of quality; it was purchased at the end of the eighteenth century by the family of Count Hippolyte de Maurès de Malartic. An honourable servant to the Kings of France.
Exceptional wine cannot be made without an exceptional terroir
Château Malartic-Lagravière is located on a high terrace that has been deeply scored by a stream known as the Eau Blanche, and its tributaries. It is formed over a depth of eight metres of small islands of gravel dating from the quaternary era.

At 15 kilometers from Bordeaux center, Château Malartic-Lagravière, offers to visitors a selection of authentic, customized experiences, including private or group tours by appointment, a varied range of gastronomic options, themed tastings and receptions.
Located in the Pessac-Leognan appellation, Château Gazin-Rocquencourt is owned by Vignobles Malartic, which also owns Château Malartic-Lagravière, recognized as a Cru classé in the 1959 classification in the same appellation, and an Argentine property, the Bodega DiamAndes.
